40 Jahre – und kein bisschen müde
An den letzten beiden Tagen im Januar feierte die Guggenmusik Tanzbodensurris ihr 40-jähriges Bestehen mit einem rundum gelungenen Jubiläumsfest, das viele Fasnachtsbegeisterte aus nah und fern nach Rieden anzog.
Den Auftakt bildete am Freitagabend eine grosse Guggenmusikparty in der Rainhalle in Rieden. Zahlreiche befreundete Guggenmusiken sorgten mit ihren Auftritten in der Halle, im Ländlerzelt oder auf der Aussenbühne für ausgelassene Stimmung. Speziell für dieses Jubiläum wurden aus Ehemaligen der Tanzbodensurris eine eigene Formation zusammengetrommelt und siehe da, die Altsurris hatten ihr Handwerk und den Sound der Fasnacht nicht verlernt. Mit dieser Formation wurde eindrücklich gezeigt, dass der Geist der Surris auch über Generationen hinweg weiterlebt. Bis in die späten Stunden wurde gemeinsam gefeiert, getanzt und musiziert.
Die Tanzbordensurris begeisterten mit ihren hochstehenden musikalischen und choreographischen Darbietungen auf der Bühne. Den Surris ist es in den vergangenen Jahren immer wieder gelungen, fasnachtsbegeisterte Jugendliche für die Guggenmusik zu gewinnen. Die Kameradschaft und das Miteinander schweissen
die Guggenmusik zusammen, auch wenn dabei grosses Engagement und viele Proben abverlangt werden.
Am Tag darauf startete der traditionelle Fasnachtsumzug von Rieden um genau 14.14 Uhr. Eine beeindruckende Anzahl an Gruppen und Wagen mit tollen Sujets nahmen am Umzug teil und präsentierte sich kreativ, laut und farbenfroh. Entlang der Umzugsroute versammelten sich so viele ZuschauerInnen wie noch nie zuvor und sorgten für eine grossartige Kulisse und beste Fasnachtsstimmung. Herzlichen Dank dem Fasnachtskomitee der Dorffasnacht Rieden.
Die Guggenmusik Tanzbodensurris blickt auf 40 Jahre voller Musik, Kameradschaft und unvergesslicher Fasnachtsmomente zurück – und dieses Jubiläumswochenende wird zweifellos einen festen Platz in der Vereinsgeschichte einnehmen.
